To set up a dynamic model, a typical business cycle is fixed (reference period). The operations of the company are simulated during this period of time and then dynamically analysed.

This modelling technique allows to fully understand the global dynamics of the company and to highlight critical aspects. For example to take bottlenecks in production, analyse them in greater detail so as to then be able to look at them in view of improvement.

The outcome of this simulation lays the foundation for Hayek Engineering’s diagnosis. The team is then able to define the areas with room for improvement and optimisation which will help to hit the set targets.
