Senior Consultant Construction project management

You have managed complex construction projects and know that costs, schedules and quality must align in the project. At HAYEK Engineering, you work in a multidisciplinary consultancy team, supporting companies with construction projects – from advice and coordination through to monitoring execution and commissioning.

Your task

  • Advise on construction projects across all phases
  • Responsible for costs, schedules and quality
  • Clients, planners, contractors and others
    Coordinate project participants
  • Ensure communication and reporting to the client and project stakeholders
  • Monitor construction work until commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, agreed deadlines and costs

What you bring to the table

  • Engineering degree in civil engineering or industrial engineering and management,
    building services engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management of complex construction projects
  • Experience in management and strategic consulting in the construction sector
  • Experience in dealing with senior executives of industrial companies
  • Experience in managing complex construction projects with numerous service providers
  • Pragmatism, negotiation skills, as well as the ability to persuade and assert oneself
  • Fluent in spoken and written German, French and English
