Senior Consultant Production & Technology

From analysis to manufacturing implementation.

You have managed production plants and know that improvements only count once they work on the shop floor. At HAYEK Engineering, you work in a multidisciplinary consultancy team, supporting industrial companies with innovation and improvement projects – from analysing existing processes through to implementation alongside clients and technology suppliers.

Your task

  • Analyse and optimise production processes at the customer's premises
  • Develop and implement measures to improve quality, profitability and productivity
  • Propose and lead innovation and improvement projects in manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Designing and planning the introduction of new processes, machinery and production infrastructure
  • Support projects with customers and technology suppliers until the
    agreed improvement targets have been met

What you bring to the table

  • Degree in materials science, physics, chemistry or mechanical engineering
  • More than 10 years of production experience, including at least 5 years as a Production Manager or Plant Manager
  • Experience in lean manufacturing and in the economic analysis of industrial processes
  • Interest in new technologies, ability to deliver, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, French and English
