You know industrial supply chains from day-to-day operations and understand how processes, data and ERP systems have to interact. At HAYEK Engineering, you work independently within an interdisciplinary consulting team, supporting brands and watch manufactories in particular along the Jura Arc – from analysis through to implementation at the client's premises.

Your task

  • Analyse end-to-end supply chains and redesign processes and systems on that basis
  • Develop optimisation projects along the supply chain and evaluate them in terms of feasibility, profitability, risks and success factors
  • Design ERP integration as part of process optimisation and support implementation
  • Supporting customers with key processes such as sales & operations planning, product launches and product life cycle management
  • Leading implementations, optimisations and migrations of SAP or other ERP systems in conjunction with internal stakeholders and external service providers

What you bring to the table

  • Degree in engineering, logistics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • More than 5 years' experience in industrial supply chain management, ideally end-to-end
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics systems and operational logistics processes
  • Lean management or continuous improvement process (CIP) experience
  • Sound functional and operational knowledge of SAP modules and/or other ERP systems, as well as experience with system migrations
  • Secure handling of data management tools and strong analytical skills
  • Experience in consultancy projects and in liaison with various corporate functions up to the executive board

Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German and English. Independent way of working, clear communication and willingness to make regular client visits along the Jura arc.
